Ephesians 4:8

⁸ διὸ λέγει, Ἀναβὰς εἰς ὕψος ᾐχμαλώτευσεν αἰχμαλωσίαν, ἔδωκεν δόματα τοῖς ἀνθρώποις.

Therefore he says, “When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts to people.”
